You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your password with any third party or allow others to access your Account. ink324 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) when available. You agree to notify ink324 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other security breach. ink324 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

As part of our regulatory compliance obligations, we require all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawal requests. Deposits made outside banking hours or on Indonesian public holidays (such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, or Indonesian Independence Day, 17 August) may experience delays of up to 24 hours. ink324 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank maintenance windows, or network outages beyond our control.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 10–15 minutes for verified accounts during peak hours (09:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours or on public holidays may take up to 24 hours. First-time withdrawal requests or requests exceeding Rp 10.000.000 may require additional security review and KYC re-verification, which may extend processing time to 48–72 hours. ink324 reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests to prevent fraud and money laundering.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and payment method, ranging from Rp 50.000.000 per day for standard users to unlimited withdrawals for Black Diamond VIP members. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your ink324 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for security and anti-money-laundering compliance. Attempting to withdraw to a third-party account will result in the request being rejected and may trigger an account security review.
ink324 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy in line with international best practices. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be processed. This requirement applies to both real-money deposits and bonus-derived winnings. Users who attempt to use ink324 as a currency exchange or fund-transfer service (depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing any wagers) will have their accounts flagged for review, and future deposits may be subject to enhanced wagering requirements or account restrictions.

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called "rollover" or "turnover requirement"), expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× the bonus value). This means you must place total bets equal to 30 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you claim a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement, you must wager a total of Rp 3.000.000 before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date of bonus credit). Failure to meet the requirement within the validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
ink324 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we detect or reasonably suspect bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

All sports bets on ink324 are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing bodies (e.g., FIFA for international football, UEFA for Champions League, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, BWF for badminton, etc.). If an event is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, ink324 will follow standard industry settlement rules: bets are typically voided and stakes refunded unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. Specific rules for mix parlay (accumulator bets), voor bola (Asian handicap), live in-play betting, and cash-out features are detailed in the Platform's sports betting rules section.

Draw results are published on the Platform immediately upon official release from each respective pool operator. ink324 does not operate or control the draw mechanism; we act solely as a betting intermediary. ink324 strives to provide uninterrupted, error-free service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, technical issues, or events beyond our control (such as internet service provider outages, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions). ink324 is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or inability to place bets resulting from service interruptions. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance whenever possible.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ink324 does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, virus-free, or secure at all times. You use the Platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ink324, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if ink324 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, ink324's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ink324, its affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of ink324, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ink324 holds its operating license, without regard to conflict of law principles. While ink324 primarily serves the Indonesian market, we operate under an international licensing framework to ensure compliance with global gambling standards.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ink324 customer support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days, you agree that any formal legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction specified in Section 10.1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
